Optimism of The Beta Fish

Not the actual family pet

Thoughts provoked by DERRIDA

Apparently my niece's beta fish is feeling optimistic!
How do know? Because the pet store pet expert told us so. The fish is creating a bubble nest in hopes that a female will become trapped and lay eggs. Luckily, even though there is no female, we have been reassured, that he is not frustrated just optimistic.

I saw a pair of blackbirds perched in amorous affection atop a chimney today.

I LOVE spring

I am particularly amazed this year at how quickly the world changed all of a sudden; daffodils, cherry blossoms and birds chirping; the banner of  hope for the new day at dawn!

The first signs of spring optimism are the snow drops, crocuses; the brave front liners that appear as the  announcement that winter is over.  Folks you have survived the winter and will be rewarded with glorious colors, light, warmth and love.

The crows are collecting supplies for their nests. Lambs are being born..

On Good Friday,  all of a sudden there was a BIG VIBE!

the downfall; lawnmowers and no courtesy noise bylaws like in Berlin.

Spring blossoms are fleeting....
